1) Click on New application:
2) Enter the ticket number without the first 3 digits. Select the IATA log in according to the point of sale and BSP subuser according to the IATA number
3) Select the type of refund that you'd like to apply for. If it's a voluntary refund, you should input the penalty amount.
4) Write the reason of your refund. Ex: "refund with penalty according to the fare regulation", "tax refund", etc.
5) When you're ready, click on save
6) The first status of your refund will be "queued", then it will be automatically change to "processing". If the requests goes through well, then it will change to Succeed and return the BSP RA. If it fails, please submit a ticket in our support portal. You can click on refresh to see if the refunds are well processed.
