- Involuntary Refund: it can only be requested if there's a schedule change of more than 4 hours. Change of same city airport is not elegible for refund. The waiver for refund is SKDCHG
- Involuntary exchange: new flight must be booked in "G" RBD and "SKDCHG" should be added in the endosement box
